Where can I purchase Mast products?

The complete line of Mast Market organic products are available online and at our retail location in New York City. Our organic chocolate line is available nationwide from our retail partners such as Whole Foods, Wegmans and The Fresh Market as well as hundreds of local and independent specialty markets.

Do you offer tours or workshops?

Tours, workshops, and events are currently on hold. We will let you know as soon as they are are back up and running. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter to keep up to date. We love inviting the public into our beautiful open space in order to connect everyone to how their food is made.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping within the United States only. We hope to expand our reach to better serve our international customers, please contact us for recommendations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of non-food items within 30 days of purchase. To ensure product quality we unfortunately cannot accept the return or exchange of food that has been received intact. If your order is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it for you. If you are ever unsatisfied with your product, please don’t hesitate to contact us and share with us your experience or suggestions.

How do I set up a wholesale account?

We are currently only wholesaling our new organic chocolate line. Please contact us to inquire about a partnership. We’d love to hear from you!

Where do you source your ingredients?

Whenever possible, we work directly with certified organic, local farms - many are located in New York and New England. Each individual product page will provide the unique origin information. For our chocolate, we exclusively source certified organic cacao from Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania. We pay far beyond fair trade premiums and several times commodity prices.
