Mast is made for you
We are working directly with local, organic farmers and making pantry items in house, in small batches, allowing the organic pantry to be more accessible, sustainable, and delicious. From house roasted coffees, stone milled heritage flours, and homemade jams, to house churned butters and our beloved handcrafted chocolate.

Stone Milled Flour
Heritage wheat varieties such as hard red spring, einkorn, and spelt sourced from local, organic farms and freshly milled to order using our hand built, Austrian stone mill.
Freshly Roasted Coffee
Freshly roasted, in-house, in small batches. Our coffees are ethically sourced from small, family owned and operated farms. We offer unique origins and custom blends.
Churned Butter
Slowly churned in-house using local cream from Battenkill Valley in Salem, NY. Our butters offer rich flavor and smooth texture. Unsalted, salted, and cultured.
Organic Tea
Timeless black teas, crisp greens, and botanical blends. We’ve partnered with our friends at Rishi to bring you organic teas and tisanes from around the world.
Aged Vinegar
Brewed, aged, and blended in house from local and organic grapes, apples, and grains.

Our daily breads begin with freshly milled heritage wheat, local sea salt, filtered water, and an heirloom sour dough starter. Freshly baked by our baker-in-residence.

We have partnered with the Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry, to make sure absolutely everyone in our community has access to local, organic, food. Our friends at the pantry simply tell us what they need from our offerings, and we’ll match your purchase with a donation. One for one.
